To redeem your Fuel Rewards® savings at a Shell station, you can either use a Fuel Rewards® card or your Alt ID.

Using a Fuel Rewards® Card

Firstly, you will need to activate your FRN Card. Then, you can pick up a Fuel Rewards card at participating Shell stations and link it to your Fuel Rewards® account. At the pump, swipe your Fuel Rewards® card or a credit or debit card linked to Link & Save™. If you pay inside, present one of these methods to the attendant.

Using an Alt ID

You can also redeem your Fuel Rewards® savings using your Alt ID. First, set up your Alt ID in your account profile. You will need to provide your mobile phone number to create a new Alt ID. Add a 4-digit PIN to your Alt ID to keep your rewards secure. Your PIN can be any 4-digit number you choose. When prompted at the pump, select "Rewards" and then "Fuel Rewards" or "FRN". Key in your Alt ID before you pay. Your Alt ID is either your 10-digit phone number or your 10-digit phone number plus your PIN. Insert your credit or debit card to finish the transaction.

You can also redeem your rewards inside the convenience store. Just ask the attendant.

The Kroger Co. offers a loyalty program that allows you to earn Fuel Points whenever you shop using your Shopper's Card. For every $1 you spend, you'll earn 1 Fuel Point. These points can be redeemed at Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers and participating Shell locations. There is no limit to the number of Fuel Points you can earn each month.

Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ Program

The Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program allows you to earn points on fuel, in-store purchases, and car washes. You can collect points by using mobile pay in the app, scanning your member ID, entering your Alt-ID, or using your member card with every purchase. For every 100 points earned, you can redeem them for $1 in savings. You'll earn 3 points per gallon on fuel and 2 points for every $1 spent in the convenience store or on car washes.

Safeway for U Rewards Program

Safeway offers a rewards program where you can earn fuel discounts. For every $100 you spend on groceries, you'll get 10 cents off per gallon. You can stack these rewards up to 20 cents off per gallon, and redeem them at participating fuel stations. You can keep track of your rewards through the Safeway for U mobile app.

Stop & Shop

Stop & Shop offers a fuel rewards program where you get 10 cents off per gallon for every $100 you spend. You can stack these deals for up to $1.50 off per gallon. These points can be redeemed at participating Shell or Stop & Shop gas stations. However, keep in mind that these points have a shorter expiration date of 30 days.

Redeem points for free items at RaceTrac stores

RaceTrac Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points in-store and at the pump. You can sign up for the program by downloading the RaceTrac app or signing up online.

To earn points, simply scan your Rewards barcode at checkout or enter your phone number at the pump. You can earn 4 points for every $1.00 you spend on qualifying products and 1 point for every gallon of fuel purchased. These points can be redeemed for free items at RaceTrac stores for one year after earning.

The RaceTrac Rewards app has different tier levels that offer various benefits. The first tier, with 0-499 points, includes base benefits such as $1 any-size fountain drinks, exclusive coupons, and a free birthday treat. The second tier, with 500-1,999 points, includes the base benefits plus a free medium fountain/frozen beverage or small coffee every month for a year. The third tier, with 2,000-3,499 points, includes the base benefits plus a free medium fountain/frozen beverage or small coffee every week for a year. Finally, the fourth tier, with 3,500+ points, includes the base benefits plus a free medium fountain/frozen beverage or small coffee every day for a year.

In addition to the tier benefits, RaceTrac Rewards members can also redeem 175 points to receive 10¢ off per gallon on their next fill-up. Members can also upgrade to the VIP level for $2.49/month to unlock fuel savings starting at 10¢/gallon. VIP members can also link their RaceTrac Rewards + Debit card to their bank account to save 7¢/gallon every time they swipe at the pump.

The RaceTrac app also offers features such as mobile ordering, personalized fuel pricing, favourite stores, dark/light mode, and 24/7 support.

Earn Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points on fuel, convenience store items, and car washes

The Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program allows you to earn points on everyday purchases, such as fuel, convenience store items, and car washes. You can earn 3 base points per gallon on fuel and 2 base points for every $1 spent in the convenience store on qualifying purchases or on car washes. For every 100 points earned, you can redeem them for $1 in savings.

There are four ways to collect points: use mobile pay in the app to pay at the pump or in-store, scan your member ID, enter your Alt-ID (phone number), or use your member card with every purchase. You can also boost your points balance inside the store by purchasing snacks, drinks, and more at your nearest Exxon™ or Mobil™ station. Pay with the app to make earning points automatic.

You can also earn bonus points through the refer-a-friend program. Open the app, go to "Account" > "Refer-a-friend", and generate a referral code. Send the code to a friend or family member via SMS, email, or another method, and have them enter it during their rewards program registration. Once they use the code to join the program and complete their first loyalty fuel purchase (min. 8 gallons) or qualifying convenience store purchase, you and your friend will each receive 100 bonus points.

Additionally, if you enter your birth date in your profile, you will receive a special reward on your birthday. You can also link your AARP membership to your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account to receive a 500-point signup bonus ($5 in savings). AARP members will also receive 1 additional point per gallon on fuel and 1 additional point per dollar spent in the store. There will also be special "AARP Member Days" where members can earn double the points on a single fuel transaction.

• Redeem your rewards at participating Shell stations by swiping your Fuel Rewards card or entering your Alt ID.

Saving with a Single Swipe at the Pump:

• Swipe your linked card to access your rewards and lower your fuel price.
• Select "YES" to redeem all rewards or "NO" to only redeem savings from your Member Status.
• Follow the prompts at the pump and select "Fuel Rewards."
• Enter your Alt ID or swipe your Fuel Rewards card.
• Swipe your credit or debit card to complete your transaction.

You can also redeem your Fuel Rewards savings by paying with cash. Ask the attendant inside to redeem your rewards before you fill up.

In addition to the Fuel Rewards program, there are other loyalty programs offered by fuel providers such as Exxon Mobil and Kroger Family of Stores that allow members to earn and redeem points for savings on fuel and convenience store items.
